Coastal Peaks Coffee — Downtown SLO

The coffee was smooth and fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. They make their own syrups, which makes the taste even better. I highly recommend this place!

hello??? this place rips! my partner and i went to THREE other locations in SLO on saturday morning desperate for bagels and the wait was out the door for all of them with a 20-30 minute wait for a simple bagel and cream cheese. we found coastal peaks coffee on google maps and decided to give it a try, and hoo boy did we hit the jackpot. it was very busy but well-organized, so we were able to order right away. we decided to share a SLO bagel, which comes with pesto cream cheese, avocado, sprouts, red onion and bell peppers. they kindly offered to split the bagel in half for us and that was absolutely the right move given how much they put on the bagel. we received our order in under five minutes and it was heavenly. all of the components were perfectly seasoned/salted and it was overall so light and fresh! i would happily return.

Enjoyed this experience today! I did try their breakfast burrito, it was more of a panini, the add on salsa was decent. I had my own tapatio to add spice / flavor. They actually have the wifi password posted which was nice, amazing ambiance for working, catching up with a friend or just reading a book. Really enjoyed the coffee, had just a dark roast but they take their roasting serious! Sundays they turn into a church, so don’t expect coffee that day.
